Psychiatric Diagnostic Evaluation: $180
Individual Psychotherapy, 60 min: $150
Individual Psychotherapy, 45 min: $140
Family Psychotherapy: $150
Provisional License Professional/ Associate Level Mental Health Provider
Psychiatric Diagnostic Evaluation: $150

Immigration Psychological Evaluation: $1500
Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) 90 min: $200
* EMDR is not covered due to the session being 90 mins

Additional Fees:

There is a no show/no call or late cancellation fee of $120 if the appointment is not canceled 24 hours before the appointment time.

There is an additional $40 dollar fee for the completion of forms for use outside of the patient's medical record, including:
