​Angela Harvey is a Licensed Professional Counselor in South Carolina and North Carolina, and the Owner and Clinical Director of Harvey Counseling Services, LLC. She is dedicated to creating a safe and empowering space where individuals, couples, and families can heal and grow. Angela specializes in treating anxiety, depression, trauma, and PTSD through evidence-based therapies such as CBT, ACT, and EMDR. As a Certified Integrative Mental Health Professional, she takes a whole-person approach, integrating nutrition, movement, sleep, and mindfulness into treatment. In addition to clinical care, Angela conducts Immigration Psychological Evaluations for VISAs, Asylum, VAWA, and I-751 Waiver Applications. Katrina Robinson, LMSW
Katrina is a dedicated and compassionate professional with extensive experience in helping navigate recovery from substance use disorders co-occurring mental health issues. At Harvey Counseling Services, LLC, she offers both individual and group therapy, evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral TherapyCBT), mindfulness, and motivational. Known for her expertise in working with clients in early recovery, Katrina approaches each case with a trauma-informed and gender-inclusive perspective. In addition to clinical work, she has developed and facilitated therapeutic group curricula, provided Employee Assistance Program (EAP services, and excels in aftercare coordination, ensuring clients receive comprehensive support throughout their recovery journey.

Oscar A. Harvey II serves as the Practice Manager and Co-Founder of Harvey Counseling Services, LLC. A proud military veteran, Oscar brings a wealth of experience, leadership, and discipline from his years of service in both the armed forces and law enforcement. His background in public service has equipped him with exceptional organizational and crisis-management skills, which he now applies to the daily operations, compliance oversight, and strategic planning of the practice.

I coordinate scheduling, supervise administrative processes, and help maintain an environment of professionalism, compassion, and efficiency. My goal is to make sure every client’s experience—from the first phone call to the last session—is seamless, supportive, and focused on growth and healing
Zakiya Sutton, MS, LPC-A
Zakiya is a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate (LPC-A) dedicated to supporting clients aged 13 and older. With certifications a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) and specialized training in Professional Management (PCM), she offers a comprehensive approach to mental health care Bilingual in Spanish, Zakiya is able to connect with a diverse range of clients. Her extensive experience in school system, particularly with individuals on the Autism Spectrum, allows her teach essential life skills such as anger management, relaxation techniques, and emotional coping strategies, all aimed at fostering growth and emotional well-being.

Heather is a compassionate counselor at Harvey Counseling Services, LLC, a strong commitment to trauma-informed care. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Applied Psychology from Pennsylvania State University, Berks Campus, and a Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Walden University. Specializing in trauma depression, anxiety, and substance use disorders, Heather develops tailored treatment plans and provides support to clients from diverse backgrounds. Whether in-person or via tele, she fosters a safe and nurturing environment for healing and growth.
